The Weedmaps Terms of Use (the “Weedmaps Terms”), which can be found at https://weedmaps.com/legal/terms, and these WM Store Terms of Use (the “WM Store Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WM Store functionality provided via this License To Chill WM Store site, including any order functionality used by License To Chill and powered by Weedmaps (other than order functionality provided via weedmaps.com or the Weedmaps’ official iOS or Android applications) (the “WM Store Services”).

By using the WM Store Services, you agree to be bound by the Weedmaps Terms and these WM Store Terms, and you acknowledge our WM Store Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share with third parties the information we collect via this License To Chill WM Store site. In the event there is a conflict between these WM Store Terms and the Weedmaps Terms, the Weedmaps Terms shall control to the extent of the conflict.

Weedmaps, on the one hand, and License To Chill and its affiliates (“License To Chill”), on the other hand, are separate businesses and legal entities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any separate License To Chill policies, these WM Store Terms, the Weedmaps Terms and the WM Store Privacy Policy govern your use of the WM Store Services. You agree that Weedmaps is not responsible for License To Chill’s business practices.

You understand that License To Chill may send you sales and marketing emails. You can opt-out of receiving License To Chill sales and marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and, if your opt-out is limited to certain types of emails, the opt-out will be so limited. License To Chill reserves the right to send you emails relating to your License To Chill account or use of its services, such as administrative and service announcements, and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving License To Chill’s marketing emails.

You understand that License To Chill is not responsible for any texts or calls you receive from Weedmaps, and you explicitly disclaim any liability against License To Chill for any such texts or calls.
